Reshape your body with Resistance Training

Contrary to popular belief, resistance (or weight) training is not a mindless, unfocused activity that is for “muscle heads” only.

Resistance training done right is probably the most important component of fitness – bar none – in terms of its impact on weight maintenance, fat loss and overall health.

Training with free weights or machines can also be used to improve performance in other sports, such as golf, windsurf, tennis, football and martial arts.
