A flat stomach relies on a variety of factors. If you have excess weight you will need to do cardio exercises and follow a calorie-controlled diet in order to lose it.
You will also need to tone your deeper and outer stomach muscles, your side muscles and your back muscles. Do a variety of exercises – at least three to four different exercises per session – to ensure that you target all the muscle fibres.
